The Doctor Is In

Stop doing anything and just pay attention to this: how important it is to be alive and to pay attention to being alive. Nobody is qualified for it. Even though I have been congratulating myself on how well I’ve been embracing the process, I am a stranger learning to worship the strangers around me. To love our gradual, but seismic changes. Perhaps this is the service I provide? Only a saint could do it all the time, I think.
